Caulked Gasketed Recessed Chamber (CGR)

We offer CGR cloths in a variety of sizes up to 1500mm. All CGR cloths use lock stitching to ensure the cord stays in place during operation of your filter press. Additionally, we offer a choice of cloth, latex sealed or EPDM rubber barrelnecks for all CGR cloths.

Other Types of Plates

Beyond standard CGR and NG plates, we are able to design replacement cloths for a variety of other types of plates such as the drape over shown here as well as plate and frame, corner-fed, Cal-Press, Simspon, and trim-to-fit, among others.

Non-Gasketed Recessed Chamber (NG)

We can fabricate NG cloths in a variety of styles and sizes up to 1500mm. We also offer a choice of cloth, latex sealed or EPDM rubber barrelnecks for all NG cloths.

We can provide replacement NG cloths with a latex edge sealant to minimize weeping. We offer Brass, Stainless Steel, or Plastic Grommets. We are also able provide Velcro closures if needed.
